Crossroads is a youth ministry of Rockpoint Community Church, and seeks to bring the love of Christ to each camper daily through small groups, worship, games, crafts and more! The CIT Program exists to train the next generation of staff in Biblical leadership, while fostering your unique gifts and abilities through hands on experience opportunities at camp including using your servant leadership skills learned in real world situations. This CIT Program is NOT just another chance to be a camper after graduating out of the camper age window.
Please note: Crossroads exists to be a summer-long, local mission trip. The staff take their job as the hands and feet of Christ very seriously, and are interested in training future counselors that demonstrate faith and trust in Jesus Christ as their savior through the CIT Program. Whether you are a new Christian or have been a Christian for many years, our CIT Director is eager to edify your faith and relationship with Christ through this program.
By completing this application, you are acknowledging that you are prepared to take this program seriously and demonstrate an eagerness to learn while participating in the CIT Program. You also acknowledge your responsibility to demonstrate respect towards your directors and the love of Christ towards campers. As a CIT you will need to set a good example for the campers who inevitably look up to you all summer long. By applying, you are demonstrating the intent to actively participate in the activities planned for the CIT program.
Again, this program is not a loophole to still come to camp as a regular camper after aging out. The CIT program is a leadership training program designed for those eager to learn the skills required to be an excellent leader, whether it be as a camp counselor in the future, or in other areas outside of camp. It is also not an excuse to come hangout with your friends who are on staff this year but not participate in any CIT programming. That is untenable for our staff and will not be tolerated this year.
The CIT program will run in TWO SESSIONS:
Session 1: June 22-July 17
Session 2: July 20-August 14
You are welcome to register for both sessions if you want to participate in the program for the whole summer.
You can not sign up weekly for the CIT Program.
*Availability is first come, first serve. Once a session is full, I will not be able to make any exceptions to add registrations to a session.
*What does this program cost?*
After keeping our program pricing the same for the past few years, we’ve had to adjust our rates to accommodate rising costs for staffing, materials, and overall program expenses.
The CIT Program flat rate is $600 for the full 4-week session ($150 per week), plus a card processing fee.
Early Bird Special: Register between now and April 30th and receive our discounted rate of $125 per week, totaling $500 for the full 4-week session (plus processing fee).
Applications will close April 4, 2026 to make sure we can prepare for CIT Mock Interviews.
Please fill out thoroughly.
