Crossroads Drama

Created to Create

Mission

Vision

Crossroads Drama seeks to glorify our Creator by fostering a welcoming, Christ-centered theatre community where storytelling deepens faith, cultivates compassion, and empowers young people to boldly embrace their God-given calling on stage and in everyday life.
Crossroads Drama is a place where creativity is an act of worship, collaboration reflects God’s design for community, and every production draws people closer to one another and to Christ.

Information

Take the Stage:
Crossroads Drama produces three shows a year: an afterschool fall program, a spring program, and a summer program as a part of Crossroads Summer Camp.
Our programs are open to all elementary and middle school students, and no previous theatre experience is necessary. Every student who auditions is cast because we believe every child is created with unique gifts worth celebrating.

Our fall and spring programs rehearse twice a week after school (4:00–6:00 PM) at Rockpoint Church, with select Saturday afternoon rehearsals as we get closer to performance.

Backstage Opportunities:
Not interested in performing? We need you too! Theatre is deeply collaborative, and every production depends on a dedicated backstage team. Students can get involved as Sound Operators, Light Operators, Stagecrew, Costume Assistants, Set Assistants, Prop Assistants or more! We also provide many volunteer opporuntiies that qualify as community service hours for school programs.
We provide hands-on training and mentorship to prepare students for their role. Most of our production team is led by students who have graduated our program or want to try something new!
