Crossroads is the youth ministry of Rockpoint Community Church, and our mission is simple: share the love of Christ with every camper, every single day! We do that through small groups, worship, crazy games, creative crafts, meaningful conversations, and so much more.
But Crossroads isn’t just a summer job — it’s a summer-long local mission trip. We take seriously what it means to be the hands and feet of Jesus. We’re looking for counselors who have a genuine, growing faith in Christ and who are ready to lead with maturity, integrity, and joy.
By completing this application, you’re saying “yes” to the challenge of a Christ-centered, high-energy camp experience. You’re committing to live out your faith both on and off the clock and to be a positive, Christlike example for every camper you serve.

Applicants must be 15 years old and entering their sophomore year of high school (or higher) by the start of camp.
