Goal: 80+ Gourmet Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches
Supplies and Preparation
- 10 loaves of sliced Italian bread (8 sandwiches per loaf).
- Don’t use the heels for the main 80 sandwiches. After the main sandwiches are made, you can use the heels for extra sandwiches if they’re sturdy enough—if they’re too flimsy, just skip them.
- 6 jars of creamy peanut butter (40 oz each) — no crunchy
- 6 jars of grape jam (32 oz each) — jelly is fine, but jam spreads more easily
- 2 boxes of tin foil (75ft is more than you need)

Instructions
1. Tear foil into 80+ sheets
(1 for each sandwich)
(1 for each sandwich)

2. Spread peanut butter on both sides of the bread. (This keeps the jelly from seeping through since we typically make the sandwiches the night before.)

3. Spread jam on one side of the bread

3. Put together and wrap neatly in foil.

For Sanitation and Safety, Please:
● Wash your hands and keep them clean (wash them again if need be)
● Don’t handle your cell phone
● Wear gloves if you need to
● Make them neatly. 😃
● Store the wrapped sandwiches in the original plastic bread bag. (or place in lunch bags if doing those also)
● Most important: Make each sandwich as if you are making it for Jesus. 😀
